service?”. We measure our success by how many repeat
customers and referrals we have. In doing this, we

and we guarantee it to each customer. We know this will

We handle every aspect of our business from locating and
retrieving furniture, to cleaning and refurbishing or
refinishing, to consulting and then delivery. Every
aspect we have control. Every aspect is known to
management every step of the way. If there is a problem
or question, when our company is called, management
answers the phones and can implement a solution quickly
or answer the question. There are no voicemails here, no
transferring. We know how aggravating it can be (mostly
to business people) to have to conduct pressing business
issues all day with voicemails and transfers. We do not
want to run this business that way.
